ValenciaBeachHome is a 150-square-meter duplex penthouse apartment located right on the beach in the Port Saplaya resort. It has several living areas and large terraces so you can enjoy time with friends or family.
On the lower floor is the dining-living room with a sofa and armchairs for enjoying the terrace. In the penthouse, you'll also find a small lounge with a sofa and armchairs. If you're a large family, you might want to enjoy multiple spaces in separate groups.
Apartment guests have access to two magnificent swimming pools.
The development's private pool is accessible only to residents. Access is located at Avenida de la Huerta 22. It is the largest of the pools, with a jacuzzi and a separate children's pool. It is the ideal pool to enjoy with the family. Open from June to September and with hours from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The municipal swimming pool, next to the apartment, has parasols and lounge chairs. It also has a cafeteria and a massage area. It is perfect for spending the day. The daily cost is approximately €4 per person. Open from May to October and closed for lunch.
Sea View Duplex Penthouse for up to 10 People
This seafront duplex apartment offers stunning views of the Mediterranean from its bedrooms, living rooms, and terraces. It has four bedrooms with eight single beds and a 150 x 200 mm double bed. The ultra-durable spring mattresses are changed every five years for optimal comfort. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, and the fourth is in the attic.
To fully enjoy the nautical atmosphere, there's nothing like the spacious 30 m² upper terrace, partially covered by a pergola and partially uncovered.
Ideal for sunbathing or relaxing in a soothing atmosphere to the sound of the sea. It's also an ideal place to enjoy family meals outdoors, with stunning sea views.
